THE SIX SESSIONS

From wherever you are with AI to confident, productive and leading your team the same way.

Six live sessions of 60 minutes, two a week, over three weeks. Every session is recorded and shared. You need a Claude Pro plan for the month and about 30 minutes of homework after each session.

Start where you are

WED 16 SEPTEMBER, 11:30AM

Take stock of where you are with AI and start using it on the tasks you already do. See how much real work it can take on in 20 minutes.

Context is the edge

FRI 18 SEPTEMBER, 12:30PM

Set up AI around the way you work, including your instructions, its memory and a project for your recurring work. Learn the 10/80/10 rule for sharing work with it.

Build your first agent

MON 21 SEPTEMBER, 12:30PM

Learn what an agent is in plain language. Map one of your own processes and build an agent that takes a recurring piece of your work and does it for you.

Take it to your team

WED 23 SEPTEMBER, 12:30PM

See why adding AI to an old process creates more to review. Redesign one team process with AI in it, and plan the conversation with your team.

Stay current as AI changes

MON 5 OCTOBER, 12:30PM

Re-test something that did not work in week one. Learn to tell hype from something worth 30 minutes, and set up a fortnightly prompt that keeps you current.

Bring it into Copilot

WED 7 OCTOBER, 12:30PM

For Microsoft 365 organisations. Move what you built into Copilot and connect it to your email, calendar and Teams.
